A Partnership for Safer Play

Cory Fox, Senior Vice President of Public Policy & Sustainability at FanDuel, spoke about the company’s direction:

“We are honored to have Keith Whyte join our team as a strategic advisor for our responsible gaming programming. Whyte himself echoed that vision, saying:

FanDuel has consistently demonstrated industry leading commitment to responsible gaming, and I’ve long admired their proactive approach. I’m thrilled to join the team and contribute my experience to further advancing FanDuel’s efforts in promoting safe and responsible play.”

Whyte’s career spans more than 30 years in the field of prevention and safer gambling. At the National Council on Problem Gambling, he led national awareness campaigns, treatment programs, and policy advocacy, leaving a lasting impact on both players and regulators. His new advisory role at FanDuel ensures those lessons will now shape one of the largest sportsbook operators in the U.S.

Beyond policy, Whyte will work closely on FanDuel’s Trusted Voices initiative, which creates open conversations about gambling risks between adults and young people. The program, launched last year with Epic Global Solutions, remains central to FanDuel’s mission of building a sustainable player community.
