50 Cent is bringing a casino version of Cee lo to G2E Las Vegas through a partnership with gaming equipment supplier TCSJOHNHUXLEY.
Called Headcrack, the three dice table game will make its global debut at The Venetian Expo during G2E 2026. The event runs from September 29 through October 1.

Headcrack Turns Street Dice Into Casino Game
The casino version keeps familiar Cee lo elements but gives them a formal table game structure.
Headcrack uses a Bank Shooter Tie format designed to make the rules easier for new players. Players still roll three dice, while 4 5 6 remains the strongest signature result.
A 1 2 3 roll generally loses automatically. Paired dice use the remaining die as the score, while three of a kind beats paired rolls.
The new version adds house backed wagering, side bets and fixed payouts rather than relying on the traditional winner take all pot.

G2E Debut Will Test Casino Interest
Cee lo has deep roots in New York and later became closely associated with hip hop culture, particularly in Harlem.
Headcrack now turns that informal game into a product that casinos could place beside established dice and table games.
TCSJOHNHUXLEY already supplies casino tables and live gaming technology worldwide, giving the project an established route into commercial gaming operations.
The company said Headcrack will support both physical dice and automated dice technology.
A G2E appearance does not guarantee widespread casino adoption. Operators regularly use the Las Vegas trade show to test new games, technology and equipment before deciding what reaches their gaming floors.
