Bloomberry Resorts Introduces Live Studio Casino Games On megaFUNalo Platform

Bloomberry Resorts Corp introduced a new set of live studio casino games through its online platform megaFUNalo. Technology features include transparent gaming tables and LED studio environments designed for mobile and online players in the Philippines.

Development forms part of Bloomberry digital casino strategy under authorization from Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp, the regulator overseeing online gaming operations in the country.

Cyrus Sherafat, megaFUNalo executive vice president and head of gaming, explained the goal behind the design approach. He said:

“Our glass-table environment and integrated studio are designed specifically to elevate user trust and deliver an immersive experience that hasn’t been seen in this market before.”

Transparent gaming tables allow players to see dealer hand movements and card handling directly through the surface of the table. Video production tools inside the studio generate a three dimensional look for online viewers.

According to InsiderPH reporting, the glass table layout aims to remove doubts around gameplay by making each movement clearly visible during live sessions.

Initial studio titles inside the platform include Classic Roulette, Transparent Baccarat, and Dragon Tiger. All games stream directly to online players through megaFUNalo.

Studio technology also integrates live hosts who interact with players during gameplay. Bloomberry positions the concept as a bridge between traditional casino floors and digital gambling platforms.

Sherafat described the concept as a long term direction for the local market, saying:

Sherafat also serves as executive vice president and head of gaming at Solaire Resort and Casino, the flagship integrated resort operated by Bloomberry Resorts in Manila.

Bloomberry Expands Online Casino Efforts Despite Earnings Drop

megaFUNalo first appeared through a soft launch in June last year. Investment in digital gaming technology has already affected company financial results.

Bloomberry Resorts reported full year EBITDA of PHP10.17 billion, about US$172.7 million. Earnings declined around 39 percent compared with the previous year.

Company filings attributed part of the decrease to development and operating costs tied to the megaFUNalo platform. Expenses connected to the online project reached PHP723.9 million during the reporting period.

Bloomberry continues to invest in digital gaming products while maintaining operations at Solaire Resort and Casino, one of the largest integrated casino resorts in the Philippines.
