Big Time Gaming introduced a new slot called Millionaire Megapots, designed around high volatility gameplay and quiz show style tension. The release mixes the Megaways engine with jackpot features and a gamble ladder inspired by the Hot Seat concept from Who Wants to Be a Millionaire.
Game structure focuses on risk and reward mechanics where each spin can build toward jackpots, multipliers, or extended free spin rounds.
Good to Know
Millionaire Megapots runs on a six reel Megaways layout that can create up to 200,704 ways to win. The main bonus activates when six or more Coin symbols appear anywhere on the reels.
That result starts the Hold and Spin feature with three respins. Each reel position becomes its own slot capable of revealing additional Coin symbols containing prize values, multipliers, or jackpot icons. Whenever new Coins appear, the respin counter resets.
At the end of the feature, all multipliers combine and apply to the collected prize total. Landing three matching Megapots icons awards the corresponding jackpot. If every position fills with Coin symbols, the total prize doubles.
The game also includes Mini, Midi and Mega Megapots that appear above the reels and change dynamically during gameplay.
Three or more Millionaire Scatter symbols trigger Free Spins and access to the Hot Seat gamble ladder. Players start with ten free spins and can gamble for up to fifty spins by moving up the ladder.
Two stages act as safety points, locking in ten and twenty spins. Players also receive lifeline tools such as 50:50, Phone A Friend and Ask The Audience.
During Free Spins, the multiplier begins at one and increases whenever Coin symbols appear. Additional Scatters extend the round with extra spins.
Players can also purchase bonus features directly. Hold and Spin costs 65x the stake, while Free Spins options cost 125x or 250x the stake. Power Play mode, available for 8x the stake, guarantees at least 10,000 Megaways per spin.
“With Millionaire Megapots
, we wanted to capture that raw, ‘edge-of-your-seat’ tension that makes the Hot Seat such a global phenomenon,” said Nik Robinson, founder and CEO of Big Time Gaming.
“By combining our Megaways
engine with Megapots
and the Hot Seat Free Spins Gamble, we’re giving players the chance to truly feel the heat of the studio floor. It’s all about that life-changing moment, the big risk, the rising stakes and the massive reward.”
