BetMakers Sets New Expansion Path With Acquisition Of Nevada Based LVDC

BetMakers Technology Group has moved to expand its footprint in the United States through a new agreement to acquire Las Vegas Dissemination Company, a long-standing Nevada supplier that supports casino operators, sportsbooks and racing venues. The planned purchase gives BetMakers direct entry into one of the most mature wagering jurisdictions in the world and strengthens the company pathway to scale its global distribution network. The acquisition had been anticipated for months, since the firm raised $9m to fund this and other acquisitions.

Good to Know

  • LVDC has operated inside the Nevada gaming market for nearly four decades.
  • BetMakers projects around $4.5m in first-year revenue from the acquired business.
  • The company expects the operation to be at least adjusted EBITDA break-even.

The asset purchase agreement brings BetMakers into the Nevada market through a business that has supplied race information, OTB processing and common-pool wagering solutions since 1988. LVDC works with sportsbooks, racebooks, taverns, bars and online wagering platforms across the state, giving BetMakers immediate proximity to major operators once the acquisition closes.

BetMakers said the deal will create a strategically important foothold that plugs directly into relationships with large US casino groups. The company described LVDC as an accelerator for its broader global rollout, noting that the Nevada market continues to hold substantial upside in digital racing adoption.

Although financial details were not shared, BetMakers projected about $4.5m in revenue from LVDC during the first full year after integration. The company also said the unit is expected to reach at least adjusted EBITDA break-even, offering a sustainable operational baseline from launch.

LVDC long-standing ties with top-tier operators form a central part of BetMakers vision for growth. The supplier said that when its modular racing and wagering technology combines with LVDC established operator network, both businesses stand to benefit from increased access and improved service delivery.

BetMakers CEO Jake Henson highlighted the scale of opportunity in the Nevada market. He said:

“Nevada is one of the most recognisable wagering markets in the world, yet digital adoption of horse racing is still in its infancy, so it represents one of the largest blue-sky opportunities in the US market.”

“This acquisition gives BetMakers a launchpad to bring world-class digital wagering experiences to Nevada customers and accelerate our US growth strategy.”

BetMakers expects to complete the transaction in H2 2026, subject to closing conditions and regulatory processes.
