Caesars Extends Grand Prix Partnership While Resetting Its Flagship Resort

The updated agreement deepens the collaboration between Formula 1 and Caesars Entertainment, which operates eight resorts along the Las Vegas Strip. The partnership has played an important role in building race-week hospitality since the event returned to Las Vegas.

Sean McBurney, Chief Commercial Officer and Regional President of Caesars Entertainment, said the proximity to the circuit helped the company support the event from the beginning. He said:

“Just like our renewed commitment to the Las Vegas Grand Prix through this partnership extension, we’re renewing our commitment to our guests with an all-new Caesars Palace. We’re confident our new room product and best-in-class amenities will complement all the racing action and beyond.”

The ongoing redevelopment of Caesars Palace reaches nearly every corner of the resort. Tower upgrades, modern room designs, and expanded luxury spaces all form part of a multi-year plan scheduled through 2027.

In December 2025, the property will open the Colosseum Presidential Villas, two connecting villas with more than 17,000 square feet and sweeping rooftop views. The same month brings 29 Octavius Sky Villas across the 68th and 69th floors, offering one- to three-bedroom layouts.

The transformation continues into 2026 with a 46,000-square-foot OMNIA Dayclub, built around two pools and set to host globally known DJs. Nearly 1,000 suites in the Augustus Tower will be fully renovated by that year as well, supported by a redesigned VIP Check-in Lounge aimed at premium guests.

Renovations then move to the Julius Tower in 2027, covering more than 500 rooms, followed by updates to almost 1,200 rooms in the Palace Tower. These changes complete the long-term renovation plan.

Recent improvements add even more upgrades, including a redesigned main entrance and casino dome, new high-limit gaming areas, the Flavian Sky Suites, spa updates, and several dining additions driven by well-known chefs.

Emily Prazer, President and CEO of Las Vegas Grand Prix, Inc., highlighted the value of the relationship with Caesars Entertainment:

“With its close proximity to the circuit and presence on The Strip, Caesars Entertainment has been a pivotal partner in bringing the Las Vegas Grand Prix to life and delivering standout experiences for our fans. As a prominent leader in the market, we have often looked to Caesars Entertainment as a strategic guide on how best to integrate hospitality and entertainment into the excitement of Formula 1.”

The company will continue to offer a premium slate of race-week packages. Options include the Caesars Palace Viewing Experience directly along the Las Vegas Strip Circuit®, a Trackside Lunch with celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay, the GIADA Viewing Experience at The Cromwell, and the Caramella Terrace at Planet Hollywood, which blends a ’70s Italian Riviera-style atmosphere with modern Formula 1 luxury.
