Bragg Appoints Holly Gagnon as New Board Chair After 3 Years as Lead Director

Bragg Gaming Group has named Holly Gagnon as the new Chair of its Board of Directors, adding more leadership experience to its push for international growth. Gagnon steps into the position following her role as Lead Director, which she held since 2021. Matevž Mazij, the outgoing Chair, will remain on the Board and continue to lead the company as CEO.

Gagnon has been involved in the casino and gaming sector for decades, beginning with the launch of Foxwoods Resort and Casino. Her background includes senior executive roles at various venues across the industry. She currently serves as president of HGC Hospitality Gaming Consulting and holds advisory positions with several major industry organizations.

Mazij welcomed the leadership change, stating, “Holly is an outstanding choice, her wealth of gaming industry experience, strategic insights and passion for governance best practices will be tremendous assets as we continue to execute on our growth initiatives.
