Gambling.com Group has released its preliminary financial results for the fourth quarter and full year of 2024, showing impressive revenue growth. The company posted an 8% year-over-year increase in Q4 revenue, reaching $35.2 million, while full-year revenue climbed 15.6% to $127.1 million.
Strong Q4 Performance
In the fourth quarter of 2024, Gambling.com Group generated $35.2 million in revenue, up from $32.5 million in the same period last year. Net income also rose significantly, increasing 19.7% to $7.8 million.
The company’s adjusted EBITDA surged 33% to $14.7 million, with an EBITDA margin of 42%. Cash flow from operations saw a major jump, climbing 65.4% to $13.6 million, while free cash flow reached $13.1 million. Compared to Q3 2024, revenue for the last quarter also improved by 9.2%.
Co-Founder and CEO Charles Gillespie attributed the company’s success to strong execution and an effective global strategy. He stated, “Our preliminary, record 2024 fourth quarter and full year results surpassed expectations due to our relentless focus on execution and the ability of our global portfolio of websites to continuously drive valuable, high intent traffic to our customers in a capital-efficient manner.”
He further emphasized iGaming’s role in their success, adding, “Our operating performance continues to be led by the strong growth trajectory and attractive unit economics of iGaming revenue across all our operating regions. As reflected in our initial revenue and adjusted EBITDA guidance for 2025, we are confident that our great positioning will drive yet another year of record performance.”
For the entire year, Gambling.com Group saw its revenue climb 15.6% to $127.1 million, with net income surging 50% to $30.5 million. Adjusted EBITDA skyrocketed 128.3%, reaching $48.5 million, with an adjusted EBITDA margin of 38%.
Looking ahead, the company has set its 2025 revenue target between $170 million and $174 million, with expected EBITDA ranging from $67 million to $69 million.
