Maverick Gaming, on a fast trajectory to becoming a major regional casino operator, has confirmed the acquisition of All-Star Lanes & Casino, located in Silverdale, Washington. This deal enhances Maverick Gaming’s position by adding the substantial All-Star portfolio, which includes table games, poker, and a diner, along with 40 bowling lanes, drive-thru espresso, comprehensive dining facilities, and more, to its ever-growing list of assets.
All-Star’s Legacy
Established in 1985, All-Star has been on a consistent growth trajectory and is presently an essential employer in Kitsap County, with over 150 staff members. The inclusion of this iconic brand into Maverick Gaming’s operations marks a significant addition to the wide array of brands and properties managed by the ambitious Kirkland-based operator.
With several unique properties across Nevada, Colorado, and Washington under its wing, Maverick Gaming shows its dedication to the welfare of local communities through acquisitions like All-Star. This is a testament to Maverick’s mission to be a reliable community partner, as showcased in their Maverick Cares initiative.
Eric Persson, Chief Executive Officer and majority owner of Maverick Gaming, voiced his enthusiasm for the acquisition, stating, “Maverick Gaming is proud of its ongoing investment in local communities and jobs across our state. We all look forward to building partnerships with the community of Silverdale, supporting family wage jobs and investing in a great local entertainment center.”
Maverick Gaming’s Rising Star
Maverick Gaming, employing over 3,000 individuals across 31 properties in Nevada, Colorado, and Washington, is a dynamic casino company. The organization’s portfolio includes more than 1,800 slot machines and 350 table games, over 1,000 accommodation units, 30 restaurants, and a Teamster Local based in Washington, which provides family-wage jobs for 117 workers.
Under the leadership of industry stalwarts Eric Persson and Justin Beltram, Maverick Gaming’s all-star management team oversees several significant gaming brands worldwide. Naturally, the team plans to integrate All-Star into Maverick Gaming’s procedures and policies, including its rigorous programs designed to tackle problem gambling.
Among the first to be practiced in Washington, Maverick Gaming’s self-exclusion policies will be applied at the newly acquired All-Star facility, marking it the 23rd card room owned or operated by Maverick Gaming in Washington State.
