Nine Players Return For 2026 WSOP Main Event Title On August 3

Jumalon Holds Massive Final Table Lead

Jumalon ended Day 8 with 194 million chips, more than double the 79 million held by second-place Rami Hammoud. Jamie Shaevel sits third with 56 million.

Greg Mueller and Michael Gagliano bring the most familiar poker records among the final nine, but both face a major gap to Jumalon. Mueller returns with 48.5 million, while Gagliano holds 46.5 million.

The remaining stacks belong to Mario Boos with 44 million, Lauri Saaskilahti with 37.5 million, Han Feng with 25 million and Evagoras Evagorou with 22.5 million.

First place pays $10 million. The runner-up receives $6 million, while third place earns $3.75 million. Ninth place pays $1 million.

ESPN2 will carry the opening session from 9 p.m. to midnight ET on August 3. ESPN takes over at the same time on August 4, followed by the final session from 10:30 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. ET on August 5.
