PAGCOR has extended a key accreditation deadline for companies supplying content, technology and support services to Philippine online gaming operators. Eligible providers now have until September 30, 2026, to complete the process.

October Cutoff Creates Operational Risk
The extension covers B2B providers already contracted by PAGCOR accredited Gaming System Administrators and which filed applications by May 31. The PAGCOR Board approved the extra two months on July 16, according to an Electronic Gaming Licensing Department memorandum dated July 20.
Applicants must pay a nonrefundable fee, submit full company and probity documents, pass facility inspections and complete testing for any relevant electronic gaming system or online platform. A performance cash deposit must also be posted before the deadline.
Failure to finish every requirement will lead to the decommissioning of affected platforms, games, systems and gaming equipment from October 1.
PAGCOR introduced the framework to bring more parts of the Philippine iGaming supply chain under direct regulatory control. Accreditation now acts as a required approval for companies serving licensed operators rather than as a gaming operator licence.
Rules Cover More Than Game Studios
The framework applies to game aggregators and content providers, including studios that supply electronic games or live dealer streams. Separate approval may be needed for each content category.
Payment companies, marketing providers, customer support firms, KYC and membership system suppliers and independent testing laboratories also fall within the rules.
Applicants should also prepare for a PAGCOR walkthrough. Arden Consult described it as a “live, guided demonstration and inspection of your company and its system, conducted by Pagcor representatives as part of the accreditation process”.
The process normally includes an inspection of the Philippine office, company presentation, system overview and live product demonstration. PAGCOR may then conduct detailed platform testing before recommending approval. Arden Consult said the initial result generally becomes available at least two weeks later.
