Rush Street Interactive raised its 2026 financial guidance for a second straight quarter after online casino growth, Latin American expansion and FIFA World Cup betting lifted Q2 revenue to a record $393.8 million.

Rush Street Interactive now expects 2026 adjusted EBITDA of between $245 million and $265 million, up from earlier guidance of $230 million to $250 million. Revenue guidance increased from a range of $1.49 billion to $1.54 billion.

World Cup promotions attracted new bettors and brought inactive accounts back to the platform, particularly across Latin America. More than 25% of customers who made a first deposit during the tournament had also played an RSI casino product by the earnings report date.
Latin American revenue climbed 195% year over year, far ahead of the 23% increase recorded in North America. RSI operates the RushBet brand in Colombia, Mexico and Peru, while BetRivers serves regulated markets across the United States and Canada.

RSI entered Alberta through BetRivers on July 13, adding online casino and sports betting to its existing Canadian operation in Ontario. Q2 adjusted EBITDA rose 61% to $64.6 million. Operating income increased to $46.2 million from $24.3 million a year earlier, even as operating costs grew alongside revenue.
Net income reached a quarterly record of $29.3 million, compared with $28.8 million in Q2 2025. Net income attributable to Rush Street Interactive fell to $11.5 million from $16.7 million after allocations to non controlling interests. A large tax benefit and a tax receivable agreement charge also distorted the prior year comparison. first half of 2026, revenue rose 44% to $764.1 million. Adjusted EBITDA increased 70% to $124.8 million, while operating income more than doubled to $89 million. RSI recorded total net income of $55.5 million for the six month period.
