Bloomberry Resorts Corp has launched FUNaloMAX, giving the Solaire operator a second online gaming brand for players in the Philippines. An official launch event took place on July 3.

Bloomberry Splits Its Online Audience
FUNaloMAX targets the mainstream premium market with a faster and more social product. Solaire Online will continue serving premium customers who want a digital version of the VIP casino experience.
Bloomberry described the two brands as complementary rather than competing products. Solaire Online connects domestic players with casino inventory under a Philippine Inland Gaming Operator licence. Its games include slots, electronic tables and live baccarat.
FUNaloMAX operates as a pure online gaming platform under Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp regulation. Bloomberry said identity checks, player protection and data security form part of the product.
The company also wants the platform to feel more local than standard international casino software. Filipino gaming traditions, flexible gameplay and real time rewards sit at the centre of the design.
Bloomberry President and Chief Operating Officer Greg Hawkins said the company made a conscious choice to own the underlying technology.
“We are no longer dependent on third-party platforms to execute our vision,” he said.
“For a period now, the online gaming market in this country has operated within an undifferentiated space. We believe this presents us with a significant opportunity,” Hawkins added.
The launch was accompanied with a launch party at Solaire Casino.

Bloomberry runs Solaire Resort & Casino in Entertainment City, Manila, and Solaire Resort North in Quezon City. The Solaire name will also support FUNaloMAX as the operator competes for trust in the regulated Philippine online casino market.
The launch follows an earlier soft release under the megaFUNalo! name in June 2025. Bloomberry later chose to rebuild and rename the platform after addressing technical problems.
“We will push hard and market this new platform, which is more attractive for users and more user-friendly. Most of the technical issues of megaFUNalo! previously have been ironed out,” Bloomberry Chairman Enrique Razon said in April.
