Missouri casino revenue kept climbing in early 2026. Fresh data from the Missouri Gaming Commission shows another month of growth across the state commercial gaming sector.
Good to Know
February numbers show a familiar pattern across Missouri casinos. Slot machines delivered most of the revenue growth while table games slipped slightly.
The Missouri Gaming Commission reported $160.6 million in combined casino revenue from 13 commercial casinos during February 2026. Revenue rose 7.6% compared with February 2025.
Slot machines generated $139 million, representing a 9.4% increase year over year. Meanwhile table games moved the other direction and fell 2.6% to $21.6 million.
Such patterns often appear in regional casino markets. Slot machines generally drive the majority of gaming revenue because they attract casual players and operate continuously throughout the day.
Several major casino properties once again dominated the Missouri leaderboard.
Ameristar Casino St Charles produced $25.1 million in February revenue, holding the top position statewide. Revenue at the St Charles property climbed 7.5% compared with last year.
Second place went to River City Casino and Hotel in south St Louis County with $21.7 million, representing a 0.8% increase.
Other large casinos reporting strong revenue totals included:
Ballys Kansas City generated $10 million in February revenue. Year over year comparison data was not listed.
While the largest casinos generated the highest revenue totals, several smaller properties delivered the fastest growth.
Mark Twain Casino recorded the strongest percentage gain in the state. Revenue climbed 18.1% to $2.8 million.
Other strong performers included:
Growth among smaller properties often reflects regional visitation patterns where local traffic plays a large role in revenue performance.
February growth followed an unusually strong start to the year.
During January 2026, 12 of the 13 Missouri casinos recorded year over year gains and statewide revenue climbed 13.1%.
February typically produces lower totals because the month contains fewer operating days. Seasonal patterns often create smaller numbers compared with January and March.
Even with that slowdown, Missouri commercial gaming has maintained consistent year over year revenue gains every month during the past year.
