Plans center on creating a gathering place for residents, wine country visitors, and travelers moving through the Sierra foothills. Location places the venue directly within a tourism region already known for vineyards, outdoor recreation, and weekend hospitality traffic.

Inside the building, guests find a mix of slots and table games designed to balance casual play with longer visits. An open layout and natural lighting reflect design choices meant to echo the surrounding landscape rather than a traditional enclosed casino environment.
