SiGMA Eurasia was held in Dubai last week, drawing more than 14,500 delegates and over 300 speakers as suppliers, operators, and technology firms gathered to discuss industry trends shaping the early part of 2026.
Good to Know
Panels and meetings throughout the conference focused heavily on data driven operations, automation, and payment infrastructure as operators look to scale efficiently in regulated and emerging markets.
Slotegrator representatives said those themes align directly with company development priorities, particularly integration of artificial intelligence across internal and client facing solutions to streamline workflows and reduce manual processes.
“I think AI integration is already a mainstream topic in iGaming circles, especially in combination with analysing big data, as both of them are a perfect match and are critical tools for any successful iGaming business,” comments Andrii Lypovyi, Senior Sales Manager at Slotegrator.
The company positioned offline conferences as a key channel for forming partnerships and gathering market intelligence, noting continued reliance on in person networking despite growth in digital communication.
Regional development across the Middle East and North Africa became a central discussion point due to Dubai position as a commercial hub connecting technology providers with emerging demand.
Slotegrator delegates described the MENA landscape as fragmented, with operators facing varied regulatory frameworks, localization requirements, and infrastructure maturity across jurisdictions.
“The MENA region is developing, but still complex. The infrastructure is improving and the demand is strong, particularly around platforms and payments, but fragmentation and localization challenges remain.”
Industry participants highlighted payment customization, scalability, and compliance adaptation as necessary steps for companies targeting expansion into those markets.
Alongside a refreshed brand identity, Slotegrator showcased a new feature designed to simplify onboarding of payment systems for operators.
Moneygrator AI Bot was introduced as an extension of the existing Moneygrator platform, which allows businesses to connect multiple payment providers through a single contractual framework.
“Moneygrator AI Bot can answer any question in relation to the API documentation, provide any information you need in relation to Moneygrator’s functionality, significantly shortening the time it takes to get an answer,” adds Andrii.
