Kalshi has added live poker to its growing slate of event based markets through a new agreement tied to one of the most watched poker livestreams in the United States. The partnership connects prediction trading with real time poker action streamed from Texas.
Good to Know
Kalshi announced a partnership with The Lodge Card Club that allows poker fans to trade prediction contracts tied to Poker at the Lodge livestreams. The agreement creates a new way for viewers to engage with high stakes poker games without sitting at the table.
Through Kalshi, users can trade on potential outcomes from the livestreams before cards are dealt. Markets focus on results such as top winners, biggest losses, and overall performance across a session.
The setup allows fans to follow the action as it unfolds while holding positions connected to player results.
The Lodge Card Club operates in Round Rock Texas, located roughly 25 minutes north of Austin. After renovations completed in 2022, the venue expanded to 82 card tables, supporting both daily cash games and regular tournament schedules.
Poker players across the spectrum frequent the room. Low stakes players, high rollers, mixed game specialists, and tournament grinders all find consistent action at the venue.
Ownership includes poker professional Doug Polk along with content creators Brad Owen and Andrew Neeme. Strong demand at the Round Rock location later led to the purchase of The Lodge Card Club San Antonio.
A dedicated livestream studio inside The Lodge hosts high stakes poker sessions broadcast on the Poker at the Lodge YouTube channel. The streams attract a wide online audience and regularly feature well known poker figures.
Past games have included appearances by Nik Ariball, Ethan Yau, and Corey Eyring. Doug Polk has also joined the table during select sessions.
Before each livestream begins, Kalshi opens prediction markets tied to the upcoming game. Users can trade contracts based on how players are expected to perform once the cards are in the air.
Texas residents can trade Poker at the Lodge markets through Kalshi. Users located in other states where Kalshi operates also have access.
Participation is not available in Arizona, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, New Jersey, or Ohio. Access depends on state level eligibility tied to Kalshi platform availability.
