The World Series of Poker has released the first set of confirmed stops for the 2026 WSOP Circuit. The announcement covers events scheduled from January through May and introduces a new calendar structure for the tour. Beginning in 2026, the WSOP Circuit will operate on a January to December format, replacing the previous fall to summer cycle.
Good to Know
WSOP confirmed that the 2026 Circuit will run as a full calendar-year season. The change aims to simplify planning for players who travel across multiple regions. Ty Stewart, Chief Executive Officer of WSOP, said:
“The WSOP Circuit is the lifeblood of our brand, consistently delivering world-class poker and massive prize pools to players across the globe. Shifting to a calendar-year season for 2026 marks a new era of predictability for our players, allowing them to better plan their pursuit of the coveted gold rings.”
A new standardized reward is also being introduced. Every gold ring winner in 2026 earns a 5,000 USD package redeemable for WSOP Europe or WSOP Paradise, covering tournament entry and hotel accommodations.
WSOP confirmed that all stops in the 2026 season will require players to use the WSOP+ app for registration, payouts and real-time updates. The platform serves as the official tool for all Circuit events moving forward.
GGPoker is expected to run online satellites for many of the non-U.S. stops. Updates will be posted on GGPoker.com as events approach.
WSOP stated that all dates remain subject to regulatory approval. Additional U.S. and international stops may be added. The full June–December schedule is expected in Summer 2026 before the WSOP Main Event in Las Vegas.
