Dutch Lottery Completes Full Takeover Of Lotify

The Dutch Lottery has taken full ownership of Lotify, completing an acquisition plan that began several years ago and deepening its role in supporting fundraising lotteries across the Netherlands. The move strengthens the organisation footprint in responsible gaming and gives sports clubs, federations and charities access to an even wider set of tools.

Lotify Becomes Fully Integrated Into Dutch Lottery Operations

Lotify has played a growing role in the Dutch fundraising ecosystem. The platform offers a full suite of services for running lotteries and competitions, including technology, permit handling, communication with participants, validated draws and compliant payouts. By bringing Lotify entirely under its umbrella, the Dutch Lottery plans to scale those services and reach more organisations that rely on these campaigns for extra revenue.

Arjan Blok, CEO of the Dutch Lottery, highlighted the value of combining Lotify with centuries of gaming expertise. He said:

Founder Says Transition Follows Original Agreement

Lotify founder Guy van Iperen reflected on the partnership and the transition of ownership. He said:

This is in line with the agreements we made in 2021, when the Dutch Lottery acquired a majority stake.
