Michael Mizrachi Named Global Ambassador for GGPoker

Poker legend Michael “The Grinder” Mizrachi has officially joined GGPoker as its newest Global Ambassador, adding another milestone to what has already been a career for the ages. The announcement comes just months after Mizrachi’s unforgettable 2025 World Series of Poker (WSOP) run, where he cemented his place among the game’s all-time greats.

Mizrachi’s 2025 campaign was nothing short of historic. He captured the $50,000 WSOP Poker Players Championship for a record-setting fourth time, showcasing his dominance across mixed-game formats. Shortly after, he claimed his eighth WSOP bracelet and a career-best $10 million payout by winning the 2025 WSOP Main Event, marking his second career appearance at that final table.

Before he could even pose for the champion’s photo, a group of Poker Hall of Famers stepped on stage to announce his induction into poker’s most exclusive club. The surprise induction capped off one of the most memorable summers in WSOP history.

Now, Mizrachi joins a GGPoker ambassador lineup that already features some of poker’s biggest names — including Daniel Negreanu and Fedor Holz. Both players are recognized for their global influence and consistent support of the game’s online evolution.

Mizrachi’s career spans more than two decades and includes numerous seven-figure wins. His first World Poker Tour title came at the 2005 WPT L.A. Poker Classic, where he earned nearly $1.86 million. Less than a year later, he added another major title at the 2006 WPT Borgata Winter Poker Open.

He captured his first $50,000 Poker Players Championship title in 2010, placed fifth in that year’s WSOP Main Event, and went on to win the PPC again in 2012, 2018, and 2025 — a record that few in poker are likely to match.

His partnership with GGPoker, operator of the WSOP brand and one of the world’s largest online poker platforms, is set to begin in the coming weeks.
