The governor and his wife also donated $3.3 million to charitable causes in 2024, twice as much as the previous year. His running mate, Christian Mitchell, reported over $583,000 in taxable income for the same period.

Pritzker, who has declined a gubernatorial salary since taking office, is seeking a third term in the March 2026 Democratic primary. His campaign’s partial tax disclosure aligns with previous years’ transparency efforts.

According to Forbes, Pritzker’s net worth rose slightly to an estimated $3.7 billion, maintaining his position among the wealthiest sitting governors in the United States.
