High Roller Technologies is turning the page on leadership. Beginning today, Seth Young will take over as Chief Executive Officer, following the planned departure of Ben Clemes. The operator, known for its High Roller and Fruta online casino brands, confirmed the transition last week as part of its broader growth plans.
Good to Know
Clemes has been at the helm since 2024 and leaves with the company in a strong position. He said the decision was personal, choosing to focus on family while knowing the business is well-prepared for the next phase. Clemes said:
“It has been an honor and a privilege to serve as High Roller’s CEO, and my decision to step away comes at a time when the company is healthy. I’m proud of what we have accomplished together, and I’m confident that Seth is the right leader to guide High Roller forward. I’m looking forward to focusing more on my family while knowing that the business is in strong hands.”
Young steps into the top role after serving as High Roller’s Chief Strategy Officer, where he worked closely with Clemes and the leadership team. He brings over two decades of industry experience, spanning both online and land-based gaming. His career includes senior roles at PointsBet, Foxwoods Resort Casino, and FSG Digital.
“I want to thank Ben for his dedication, his achievements, and his thoughtful approach to this transition,” said Young. “Because of his leadership, the company is positioned for growth and success, and I’m excited to continue building on the foundation he built to drive future growth and value for our shareholders, employees, and customers.”
Michael Cribari, Chairman of the Board, praised Clemes for steering the business through an important stage of expansion:
“Ben has been an outstanding leader who guided High Roller through critical growth phases and positioned the Company for long-term success. We are grateful for his service and for ensuring a seamless transition. We’re thrilled to welcome Seth to the role of CEO with full confidence in his ability to lead High Roller into the future.”
Beyond his operational background, Young has served on multiple industry boards, including Kinectify, EQL Games, and Kindbridge Behavioral Health. He was recognized in 2018 with the Innovation Group’s Emerging Leaders of Gaming Award and has been named to Global Gaming Business Magazine’s 40 Under 40 list.
Young studied Political Science at Brandeis University and later completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School focused on mergers and acquisitions, strategy, and post-merger management.
