MGM Resorts International and BetMGM are once again teaming up with the American Gaming Association (AGA) to spotlight responsible play during Responsible Gaming Education Month (RGEM) this September. Their GameSense program will take center stage in National Football League stadiums across the country for the upcoming season.

Rhea Loney, Chief Compliance Officer at BetMGM, said:
“Placing GameSense in league stadiums gives us direct access to millions of fans each week. It’s a powerful platform to promote public awareness and amplify our company’s commitment to provide a safe and informed gambling experience.”
GameSense signage will feature not only throughout the stadiums but also in gameday magazines. For the third consecutive year, NFL fans will see responsible gaming messaging integrated into game day experiences, reaching audiences at some of the busiest venues in American sports.
AGA Senior VP of Strategic Communications Joe Maloney highlighted the importance of collaboration:
“Collaboration plays a vital role in enhancing responsible gaming outcomes. We’re proud to partner with MGM Resorts and BetMGM and see firsthand how these efforts are making a meaningful difference.”
Alongside GameSense, the AGA’s “Play Smart from the Start” campaign will also roll out across MGM’s digital platforms, retail sportsbooks, and inside the new MGM Grand Live Dealer studio.
GameSense, originally developed by the British Columbia Lottery Corporation (BCLC) and licensed to MGM in 2017, emphasizes proactive engagement and transparent conversations with players about healthy gambling practices.
MGM Resorts also announced a $250,000 contribution to the International Center for Responsible Gaming (ICRG). The donation will support independent, peer-reviewed research aimed at creating stronger employee training programs and player protection strategies.
