Marina Bay Sands has completed its major hotel room renovation, giving the resort its full lineup of about 1,850 rooms—including 775 suites. The work wraps up a big phase of its ongoing $1.75 billion revamp and sets the stage for more upgrades in the months ahead.

The resort, operated by Marina Bay Sands Pte Ltd—a unit of Las Vegas Sands Corp—confirmed the news in a statement released Tuesday. About 1,480 of the newly updated rooms fall under The Sands Collection, while the Paiza Collection covers another 370 room keys focused mainly on suites.
The top-tier options in the Paiza Collection come with luxury features. The Chairman Suite offers up to four bedrooms, 146-inch TVs, karaoke rooms, and stocked kitchens. The Presidential Suite has a built-in golf simulator, while the Horizon Suite includes a spa and private gym.
Marina Bay Sands had previously announced the Paiza suite updates back in November. With all room renovations now done, the resort’s next move in its $1.75 billion plan includes the launch of Jin Ting Wan, a 166-seat Cantonese restaurant in Tower 1, scheduled to open in July.
Other parts of the makeover include updates to LAVO Italian Restaurant & Rooftop Bar, expected later this year. Paul Town, chief operating officer of Marina Bay Sands, said the project reflects their biggest push yet in redefining luxury hospitality.
“Our $1.75-billion reinvestment programme represents our highest ambitions to usher in a new era of luxury hospitality,” said Town. “With the programme reaching substantial completion and the hotel room transformation crossing the finishing line, the stage is set for us to build on last year’s record earnings and soar towards greater heights.”
