Artificial intelligence takes the top spot. According to Abeer, AI now plays a major role in game development, behavior analysis, fraud detection, and personalizing content for users. Its ability to handle data-heavy tasks makes it especially useful in gambling environments, where speed and precision matter.
“This is not a full list, our experience shows that there will be more things we can use the AI in, when the market has a request — our job is to meet it, and AI is very helpful. It saves time, money, and effort, eliminates the so-called human factor, and optimizes the processes. It’s not about replacing people, especially now when human communication is so important, but it’s about making the business processes more efficient.”
To support this, Slotegrator has built an AI-powered Business Intelligence module directly into its casino platform. Operators using this tool can analyze performance metrics and compare them with similar businesses in the same region—something that was not easily available just a few years ago.

With the rise of mobile access and demand for social features, esports has become a fast-moving vertical. Technologies like AR and AI are already being used in this space, and market projections show global esports revenue could hit $4.8 billion in 2025.
“Such a growth is a sign of a lasting trend that’s not going away any time soon,” Abeer added.
