New York-based private equity firm The Visualize Group has entered into an agreement to acquire BMM Testlabs, a long-standing company that provides compliance, testing, and certification services for regulated gaming. While the exact value of the deal hasn’t been disclosed, BMM’s current President and CEO Martin Storm will remain in charge and retain a substantial stake in the business.

As part of the deal, the group will roll out an employee ownership program that gives staff the opportunity to take part in the company’s future success. The growth strategy includes both internal expansion and acquisitions, already lined up in the pipeline.
