Playnetic has received the green light from the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO), officially allowing the company to distribute its games to licensed operators in the province. This marks Playnetic’s first step into the Canadian market.
The AGCO approval process is known for its strict compliance requirements. Playnetic met those standards and can now legally offer its gaming content in Ontario. The company has already started working with several operators in the region and expects to go live with them in the coming months.
With Ontario serving as the starting point, Playnetic is looking ahead to possible entry into other provinces. Alberta, for example, is moving toward a regulated online gambling model and may follow a similar framework to Ontario’s. The AGCO license positions Playnetic to move quickly if new markets open up.

Playnetic plans to attend the SBC Canadian Gaming Summit, scheduled for June 17 to 19. The team will be available to meet current partners and connect with new ones.
