SharpLink Gaming has taken a significant step into the crypto gaming sector by acquiring a 10% equity stake in UK-based Armchair Enterprises Limited, the operator of CryptoCasino.com. The $500,000 deal also grants SharpLink the right of first refusal to purchase a controlling interest in the company.
This investment aligns with SharpLink’s strategy to strengthen its position in the crypto gaming market. CryptoCasino.com, launched in 2024, will now play a key role in the company’s expansion plans. This move follows SharpLink’s recent full compliance notice from Nasdaq in February 2024, signaling its commitment to long-term growth.

SharpLink Chairman and CEO Rob Phythian emphasized the strategic importance of this acquisition. He stated, “Over the past year, our leadership team and highly engaged Board of Directors have dedicated significant resources and time to identify the best growth opportunities for our Company.
