With 59,101 unique visitors, the 2025 editions of ICE and iGB Affiliate have broken all prior attendance records, according to organizer Clarion Gaming. The event is off to a great start at its new venue at Fira Gran Via Barcelona, surpassing the 2024 record of 52,345.
50,019 people attended ICE alone, an 11% increase over the previous year, while 9,082 people visited iGB Affiliate, a 24% increase. A remarkable 107,664 person-days were spent at the event, as indicated by the aggregate visitation figure.
With 8,954 visits, Spain was the most popular country, followed by the UK (6,518), Malta (3,074), Cyprus (2,328), and Ukraine (1,938). Germany, Italy, Bulgaria, and the United States were among the other major nations, each making a substantial contribution.
Industry Growth and Future Expansion
Clarion Gaming’s managing director, Stuart Hunter, confirmed that the attendance data was independently verified. “I am delighted that the transition of ICE and iGB Affiliate to Barcelona has been so well-received by our international community of stakeholders,” he said.
Hunter highlighted that the opening day drew a record 32,788 attendees, while the final day saw a 20% increase over 2024, reaching 24,926. Attendance growth was especially strong in key markets like Continental Europe, North America, LATAM, and Asia, with noticeable expansion from the UAE and India.
Looking ahead, demand for the 2026 edition is already high, with 86% of event space booked. “The response has been so positive that many exhibitors have already rebooked and, in many cases, secured additional space for January 2026,” Hunter noted. ICE will expand into Hall 1, while iGB Affiliate will shift to Hall 8 for a more dedicated experience.
Naomi Barton, Portfolio Director of iGB Events, described the success of iGB Affiliate 2025 as “simply outstanding.” She noted, “The growth of iGB Affiliate has been phenomenal, and Barcelona has underlined the popularity and status of the brand.” She also pointed out that 108 nations were represented, making it one of the most global B2B events in the industry.
With momentum building, the team is now preparing for the July relocation of iGB L!VE from Amsterdam to ExCeL London.
