A prominent international iGaming organization has greatly increased its cooperation with Sweden-based Gaming Corps, a publicly traded corporation. The initial order value is doubled by this prolonged arrangement, reaching about MSEK 14 each year. Additionally, the revised agreement guarantees ongoing cooperation, strengthening Gaming Corps’ standing in the cutthroat gaming industry.
Initially signed in August 2024, the original contract was valued at MSEK 7 for a 12-month period. With the new terms, Gaming Corps may now create about one game every month, ensuring a consistent flow of material. In addition, the contract has changed to a rolling perpetual one, guaranteeing stability and continued game development over the long run.
Delivering High-Quality Gaming Experiences
Under this deal, all games will be developed using Gaming Corps’ Remote Game Server (RGS) and distributed through its extensive global network. The agreement also retains its profit-sharing model, ensuring mutual benefits for both parties.
Juha Kauppinen, CEO of Gaming Corps, expressed enthusiasm about the expansion: “Already the initial order value was at a level that had a significant impact on our turnover, so this doubling of the scope of the collaboration at the same time as it has also been changed to a rolling perpetual agreement, is of course fantastic news for the company and all shareholders. Even though we know that we maintain very high quality regarding our game development, it is also nice to receive such a clear receipt from an established player that we deliver unique gaming experiences to their customers. The fact that the agreement has been changed to a perpetual agreement also shows the long-term nature of this collaboration. Without saying too much, we are also having a dialogue about deepening this collaboration further in the future.”
This expansion marks a crucial step for Gaming Corps as it continues to strengthen its presence in the global iGaming landscape. With an increasing order volume and a long-term agreement, the company is poised for sustained growth.
