The JW Marriott Las Vegas and Rampart Casino have unveiled plans for a $75 million renovation to mark their 25th anniversary. Located in the scenic Summerlin area, the property has been a local landmark since its debut in 1999 as the first casino and resort in the neighborhood.
The renovations, which include both aesthetic and functional upgrades, aim to elevate the guest experience. Recent updates feature a revamped fitness center, a serene Hydra Lounge relaxation area, and upgraded treatment rooms in the spa.
On the casino floor, enhancements include modern lighting, fresh paint, updated carpets, and a new high-limit slot room. These updates reflect a commitment to providing a luxurious and vibrant atmosphere.
Michelle McHugh, Vice President and General Manager of JW Marriott Las Vegas and Rampart Casino, emphasized the property’s unique appeal. “Nestled within the stunning desert landscape, golf courses, and shopping districts, our resort offers guests a rejuvenating oasis where uplifting hospitality and elevated experiences enable them to unwind and indulge in the very best of Las Vegas,” she said.
Designed for a Distinctive Experience
The renovation project is spearheaded by Frank Architecture and Interiors, a design firm known for its innovative approach. Trident, a Las Vegas-based construction company, is managing the extensive upgrades.
Set on 54 acres of lush grounds, the resort combines wellness-focused amenities with iconic casino experiences. McHugh added, “Our resort is crafted to inspire well-being and a deep connection with the destination, offering the best of both worlds.”
Renovation efforts will continue through 2025, with further announcements expected in the coming months.
This ambitious project highlights JW Marriott Las Vegas and Rampart Casino’s dedication to evolving alongside its guests’ expectations, ensuring it remains a standout destination in Las Vegas for years to come.
