With exciting upgrades to improve the overall gaming and entertainment experience, Live! Casino Pittsburgh just celebrated its fourth year. After four months of renovations, the casino in the center of Pittsburgh opened a new poker room, a high-limit gaming area, and renovated event rooms. The goal of these improvements is to provide its expanding clientele with a more engaging experience.
The 1,400-square-foot first-floor poker room, which is close to the main gaming floor, has six tables and big-screen TVs. It offers poker fans a stylish, contemporary setting. There is now a high-limit table gaming room nearby with three poker tables, other games, and a bar, all of which are surrounded by more TV screens.
On the second floor, the venue’s new Social Club is tailored for group events, ranging from informal gatherings to more formal occasions. It accommodates up to 100 guests and offers easy access for visitors near the popular Sports & Social Steel City area.
Commitment to Community and Customer Feedback
General Manager Sean Sullivan emphasized that these changes were driven by customer feedback. “These improvements are a result of the continuous feedback we receive through a robust engagement process with our guests and our dedicated team members,” said Sullivan. This isn’t the first time the casino has made improvements; back in 2021, it introduced additional gaming areas and event spaces to better serve its customers.
“We’ve been part of this community for four years and it just keeps getting better,” Sullivan remarked in an interview. “These investments underscore our commitment to being a good community partner and world-class gaming and entertainment destination.”
The grand opening of the new spaces was celebrated with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, featuring State Senator Kim Ward and Pittsburgh hockey legend Phil Bourque.
