Caesars Entertainment Acquires ZeroFlucs

Caesars Entertainment has acquired ZeroFlucs, a sports betting technology provider, enhancing their sportsbook platform by integrating advanced pricing offerings and leveraging existing data sources. This acquisition follows a successful commercial arrangement that integrated ZeroFlucs’ technology, enabling new products like in-play same-game parlays and a variety of SGP-eligible markets for Major League Baseball.

“We are excited to welcome the talented ZeroFlucs team into the Caesars family,” said Eric Hession, President of Caesars Digital. “Their expertise in data science and trading technology, along with their passion for sports, makes them a perfect fit as we strive to offer our customers the best sports betting experience.”

Steve Gray, ZeroFlucs Founder and CEO, joins Caesars Digital as SVP of Pricing Initiatives. Gray commented on the acquisition, “We are thrilled to be joining forces with Caesars and can’t imagine a better platform for our product to shine. Our team has always been passionate about leading in sports betting, and with Caesars’ resources and reach, we can elevate these experiences further.”

ZeroFlucs will continue operations under Gray’s leadership, along with Carly Christensen, who becomes SVP of Pricing Technology at Caesars Digital. They will be supported by Caesars’ data science and data engineering teams.
