Luxury cruise line Crystal has teamed up with Monte-Carlo Societe des Bains de Mer (SBM) to introduce the first Casino de Monte-Carlo at sea, aiming to elevate gaming experiences on its oceangoing vessels.
The inaugural Casino de Monte-Carlo will premiere aboard Crystal Symphony during the Chairman’s Cruise departing Venice on November 14, followed by Crystal Serenity in December. The casinos will span over 1,000 square feet each on both ships, replacing the current Bridge Lounges. These lounges will relocate to other areas onboard to accommodate the new gaming facilities.
The casinos will feature a range of gaming activities, including slot machines, blackjack, and roulette, ensuring a high-end gaming experience akin to the renowned land-based Casino de Monte-Carlo.
Manfredi Lefebvre, Executive Chairman of A&K Travel Group, expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration, stating, “We are delighted to welcome Casino de Monte-Carlo into the Crystal family as our newest collaborator.”
Joint Efforts and Guest Experience Enhancement
Stephane Valeri, Chairman of the Board and CEO of Monte-Carlo SBM, highlighted the partnership’s significance in delivering an exceptional gaming experience at sea. He stated, “We are excited to join forces with Crystal to deliver the unique Casino de Monte-Carlo experience at sea.”
Cristina Levis, CEO of A&K Travel Group, emphasized the commitment to guest satisfaction, noting, “At Crystal, like at Monte-Carlo SBM, guest satisfaction and enjoyment are paramount.” She affirmed that reintroducing casinos onboard responds to guest feedback, enhancing overall cruise experiences with premium entertainment options.
