Timur Margolin from Israel has won his third World Series of Poker (WSOP) bracelet, besting a massive field of 4,278 players in Event#36, the $800 8-Handed No-Limit Hold’em Deepstack. The swift final table action wrapped up in just four hours, with Margolin defeating Agharazi Babayev to secure the top prize of $342,551 and another WSOP bracelet.
Margolin was surrounded by friends and fellow players who celebrated his victory. The event saw record-breaking participation, with a total prize pool of $3,011,712, surpassing last year’s numbers.
After his win, Margolin expressed gratitude to his family. “I wanna thank my wife and kids for being so supportive of my decision to travel and play poker,” he shared with reporters. “Living a family life and grinding tournaments is not an easy lifestyle to manage. If it wasn’t for my wife’s support, I wouldn’t be playing the Series in the first place.”
