Leon Tsoukernik has sold King’s Casino in Rozvadov, Czech Republic, a prominent location for European poker. Known for hosting major poker events and being a high-stakes player himself, Tsoukernik’s exit marks a notable shift for the venue.

According to the German poker site, Tsoukernik has stepped away from the casino business, selling King’s Resort Rozvadov, King’s Resort Hotel, King’s Casino Prague, and Admiral Casino Rozvadov. He was the majority shareholder, holding 60% stakes, which he sold to Scott Hanna, existing partners, and a new silent partner.

Scott Hanna, a Czech Republic native with $512,740 in live tournament winnings, has been involved with the company since 2003. He has also been a regular on the property’s “Ca$hKing$” streaming game. speculates the deal may have been worth between €300 to €400 million.

“As Leon told us, they parted on good terms and he is looking forward to having more time for his family and new projects,” the site reported. “He will, however, be saying goodbye to the casino business for now. He does, however, want to continue to be seen at King’s in the future and play a bit more poker again.”

King’s Casino has been a staple for major tournament series over the past decade, including hosting the World Series of Poker Europe since 2017. This year, the series will return to King’s Casino from September 18 to October 9, featuring 15 bracelet events
