At the end of this month, the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) will meet to review Wind Creek Bethlehem’s application to extend its Category 2 slot machine operator license. The public is welcome to attend this meeting, which is scheduled for June 27 at 10:30 a.m. in Bethlehem City Hall.
During this meeting, the PGCB will also invite public comments. The board encourages citizens, public officials, and community groups to either speak or submit written testimony. “Citizens, public officials and community groups can choose to speak or submit written testimony. Following this proceeding, the board will ultimately determine whether the licensee remains eligible and suitable consistent with the laws of the Commonwealth and are otherwise qualified to have the license renewed for a five-year period,” the board stated.
