This landmark development signifies a significant milestone, as it marks the first venture outside of Atlantic City to offer sports betting in New Jersey.
The forthcoming facility, coupled with a full-service restaurant, is poised to redefine the sports entertainment landscape, boasting a sprawling expanse of 16,000 square feet dedicated to both indoor and outdoor sports viewing. Enthusiasts can indulge in an immersive experience, surrounded by wall-to-wall flat-screen televisions, tantalizing culinary delights from renowned restaurant partner Shake Shack, and an array of over 25 self-service betting kiosks.
The ceremonial groundbreaking ceremony witnessed the presence of luminaries from Monmouth Park, Caesars Sportsbook, alongside local dignitaries, who wielded golden shovels to inaugurate this momentous occasion.

Monmouth Park has long been at the forefront of the sports betting revolution. In 2018, it etched its name in history by accepting the first legal in-person sports wager in New Jersey post the repeal of the Professional and Amateur Sports Protection Act (PASPA). The acquisition of William Hill by Caesars in 2020 paved the way for the rebranding of the space as Caesars Sportsbook in early 2022, further solidifying its position as a trailblazer in the realm of sports wagering.
