The designs for Wynn Al Marjan Island, the company’s newest project, were recently made public by Wynn Resorts, a well-known brand in the hotel and gambling sectors. This integrated casino resort, which covers a vast 62-hectare area on the scenic Arabian Gulf, is Wynn’s first beachfront venture. It is located in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.
Wynn Resorts undertakes this massive project in collaboration with Marjan and RAK Hospitality Holding; construction has been going on since the beginning of the year. The project’s centerpiece is a massive 300-meter structure that is expected to be finished by the last quarter of 2025. By early 2027, Wynn hopes to open its luxury hideaway to visitors, providing over 1,500 rooms and suites for their enjoyment, in anticipation of a spectacular launch.
Visionary Leadership and Design Inspiration
CEO of Wynn, Craig Billings, expressed confidence in Wynn Al Marjan Island’s potential to become a top tourist destination in the United Arab Emirates while discussing the project. The resort’s design philosophy is explained by Todd Lenahan, President and Chief Creative Officer of Wynn Design and Development, who draws inspiration from Ras Al Khaimah’s rich historical significance as a hub of trade and navigation in the Arabian Gulf.
With a portfolio that includes well-known locations like Encore Boston Harbor, Wynn Las Vegas, Wynn Palace, and Wynn Macau, Wynn Resorts has made a name for itself in the world of hospitality. The company’s dedication to providing unmatched luxury experiences is demonstrated by its strategic position in important financial markets, such as the Nasdaq Global Select Market and the S&P 500 Index.
