This April, the WPT Global Warm Up Series kicks off with a $2.5 million guarantee, setting the stage for the Spring Festival. Scheduled from April 19-27, the festival offers a variety of poker games, including No-Limit Hold’em and Short Deck, to accommodate every kind of online poker player.
The festival features several major tournaments, such as the $300,000 Guaranteed $220 Championship, which includes 17 starting flights and offers daily opportunities for players to advance to the final day on April 27. The $22 Mini Championship also attracts attention with its $80,000 guaranteed pool and 14 starting flights, leading to Day 2 on April 27.
The series wraps up with notable events like the $200,000 Guaranteed $2,100 High Roller PKO and a $100,000 Guaranteed Crazy Sunday $110 PKO, designed for fans of Progressive Knockouts.
Starting April 14, satellites with entry fees as low as $5.50 are available. These satellites provide daily opportunities for players to progress from a minimal investment to potentially large earnings.
Participants winning any festival event will receive double their buy-in amount in tickets for the Spring Festival, allowing them to further increase their potential winnings. Moreover, all event winners will have the chance to compete in a Champion of Champions Freeroll for a $12,400 Spring Festival package, while second and third place finishers receive a significant number of Spring Festival tickets.
Players who reach any festival final table are granted entry into a Second Chance Freeroll, with a chance to recover their festival buy-ins up to $5,000.
Additionally, player performances contribute towards the WPT Global Player of the Year standings, which offers a $250,000 prize pool. The overall winner receives $100,000 along with online prizes and entries to four WPT Main Tour Championships in 2025.
