Malta Revokes Rush Gaming’s Operating License

Rush Gaming has lost its operating license in Malta, following an initial suspension two months prior. The Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) has revoked Rush Gaming’s authorization to operate, affecting its Fansbet.com and Onebet.com websites. The specific reasons behind the cancellation remain undisclosed by MGA. However, it had previously indicated that license suspensions could occur if operators fail to comply with Malta’s gambling regulations and laws.

Rush Gaming is now required to inform all its players about the license cancellation and address any outstanding financial obligations. The company, which held a B2C gaming license for a range of gambling services including casino games, controlled skill games, and fixed-odds betting like live sports betting, has the option to challenge MGA’s decision through an appeal.
