His remarkable rise in the poker world was highlighted in 2009 when he won $1.1 million from Phil Ivey in Full Tilt Poker’s Million Dollar Cash Game. Dwan continued to set records, securing a $3.1 million win in last year’s Hustler Casino Live’s Million Dollar Game against Wesley Fei.
