Design Works Gaming (DWG) and Booming Games have been granted gaming licenses in Ontario, Canada, signaling an expansion of their presence in the Canadian gaming market.

DWG has received an iGaming license that allows it to offer its LuckyTap slot titles to Ontario players. Troy Zurawski, DWG’s Founder and CEO, expressed his enthusiasm about the company’s new opportunity in Ontario, stating, “Securing the iGaming license in Ontario is a key milestone for our company. We have been working hard to expand globally, and entering Canada has been a goal for some time. This new market gives us a chance to show new players our unique approach to casino games.”
Booming Games
Booming Games also received a B2B license from the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO), enabling it to provide its gaming content to operators within the province. The company affirmed its commitment to adhering to strict regulatory compliance and responsible gaming practices. Booming Games, now licensed in Ontario, aims to grow its footprint in this market. Frederik Niehusen, Booming Games CCO, shared his excitement about the company’s expansion, saying, “We are excited to have received a full Ontario B2B gaming license. This allows us to grow in the rapidly expanding Canadian market. Following our successful entries into Spain, Colombia, The Netherlands, and Denmark in 2023, Ontario represents an important step in our strategy to expand into regulated markets.”
