One of the most recent additions to the board, Marina Andersson, has over 20 years of expertise in top corporate development and M&A responsibilities. Her prior positions at Deloitte and Still Front Group have given her a wealth of experience in deal structuring, financial analysis, financial analysis, and company valuation. Having previously worked at Carnegie and Icecapital, Andersson is well-positioned to offer insightful perspectives to the Raketech boardroom.

The other new member of the board, Patrick Jonker, has a strong history and has held prominent roles in foreign casinos and sports betting companies for many years. His prior positions as International MD at William Hill and MD at Betsson Group demonstrate his in-depth knowledge of the gaming sector. It is anticipated that Jonker’s experience would be crucial in guiding Raketech in its strategic initiatives.
With Marina Andersson and Patrick Jonker taking over for Pierre Cadena, who resigned as director on October 9th, and Johan Svensson, who chose to concentrate only on his position as the group’s chief commercial officer, these appointments signal a change in leadership. Johan Svensson will still collaborate closely with Oskar Mühlbach, the CEO, and top management.
