Agora Realty Announces $380 Million Hylo Park Project to Transform Former Casino Sites in North Las Vegas

Renowned real estate developer Agora Realty and Management has its sights set on a significant project to revitalize North Las Vegas. With a steep price tag of over $380 million, the ambitious project named Hylo Park is expected to completely transform the area around the old Texas Station and Fiesta Rancho hotel casinos, which were shut down during the pandemic’s initial phase in 2020.

Agora Realty and Management has purchased the 73-acre property near Lake Mead Boulevard and Rancho Drive, which was formerly the location of the Texas Station and Fiesta Rancho, for about $59 million. This action is a component of the business’s dedication to making investments in the area and fostering community development.

Three-Phased Development and Features

Hylo Park is planned to be completed in three stages, and building is expected to start early in 2019. By the end of 2025, the total development is anticipated to be finished. More than 660 residential apartments, a daycare facility, outdoor entertainment spaces, and a variety of retail establishments are all planned features of the project. The mixed-use project will also have two ice rinks, a variety of restaurants and bars, and 150 hotel rooms.

Agora Realty and Management’s winning rezoning clearance from the North Las Vegas Planning Commission earlier this year gave the Hylo Park project impetus. The business intends to use this endeavor as a strategic expansion in the thriving community of North Las Vegas, hoping to promote growth, generate employment opportunities, and add to the dynamic landscape.

Agora Realty and Management Chief of Operations Ryan Lefton was enthusiastic about the project and said, “We are thrilled to expand our footprint in the vibrant city of North Las Vegas through this acquisition.” We look forward to making a positive impact on the community and creating development and opportunity in an ever-changing environment.
