In September, Bally’s Chicago contributed approximately $868,000 in state taxes and $695,000 in local taxes. The city anticipates a total revenue of nearly $70 million from the casino in 2023, which includes a substantial one-time payment of $40 million from Bally’s.
Bally’s Chicago Casino, which is firmly establishing itself in the city, promises to bring in big bucks, boost the thriving River North district, and change people’s impressions of downtown Chicago as a premier entertainment destination.
