The 2023 World Series of Poker (WSOP) Online will officially be getting underway on Sunday. The tournament is hosted in partnership with GGPoker, known as the world’s largest poker room, promising an exciting competition and the chance for glory for poker enthusiasts worldwide.

The WSOP Online series began in 2020, quickly rising to prominence in the online poker world. It now carries the prestige of its parent tournament, with each new bracelet winner joining a long list of the poker world’s most successful and celebrated players.

This year, the tournament runs on GGPoker and GGPoker.CA from August 20 to October 2 and on WSOP.COM from September 10 to October 17. International participants have the chance to pursue official WSOP gold bracelets exclusively on GGPoker, while Ontario residents can compete on GGPoker.CA. U.S. residents in Nevada, New Jersey, Michigan, and Pennsylvania have their dedicated slate of tournaments on WSOP.COM. GGPoker and WSOP.COM will each be offering a total of 33 coveted WSOP gold bracelets, and GGPoker.CA will have eight more up for grabs.

New events for this year’s series include “PLOssus” and a $1,500 Bounty No-Limit Hold’em 6-Max. The domestic series includes fifteen events of $1,000 or higher, such as the $3,200 High Roller Championship and a $5,300 Super High Roller 6-max Freezeout. Players must be physically located within state borders to participate.
