The PGCB has established banning orders for people found guilty of leaving minors unaccompanied within casinos in an effort to guarantee the safety and well-being of children. These people are then placed on the state’s Involuntary Exclusion List.

Employees of Harrah’s Philadelphia Casino & Racetrack were recently added to the Involuntary Exclusion List after they left a 14-month-old infant unattended in a vehicle in the casino’s parking lot while attending dealer school and the human resources office.
