International Game Technology (IGT), a world leader in gaming, has extended its longstanding partnership with Loterie Nationale Belgium (LNB), the national lottery of Belgium. The partnership renewal underscores both organizations’ commitment to maintaining their successful collaboration.
The extended agreement, set to last for a maximum of four years, covers both the retail and online lottery offerings of LNB. IGT will persist in delivering central systems technology, along with other lottery products, across both conventional and ilottery platforms. This renewal signifies the partnership’s longevity, extending the affiliation between IGT and LNB to over three decades.
LNB chief executive, Jannie Haek, praised the partnership, emphasizing IGT’s contribution to modernizing their business and fostering growth. “This extension ensures players will continue receiving the same high-quality experiences they enjoy at the retail point of sale and while playing online,” said Haek.
Jay Gendron, IGT’s Chief Operating Officer for Global Lottery, spoke on the partnership’s value. He mentioned how IGT, in tandem with LNB, has remained at the forefront of lottery trends and innovations. “IGT’s flexible core lottery and ilottery systems power LNB’s retail, digital and omni-channel sales,” Gendron stated, adding that various associated components aid the Lottery in providing players with responsible and engaging experiences.
