Intense Final Table Action
The eight-player official final table got underway steadily, with several preflop pots being disputed. The pace of the game quickened as the blinds increased and the average stack shrank to about 20 large blinds.
When “ChloeB23” shoved holding a queen-eight on the button and Saven called with pocket fours, the first elimination took place. The flop revealed a four, giving “ChloeB23” little chance to improve and sending them packing in eighth place.

Later, Matakis made a brave decision by playing ace-seven, risking their tournament life. The previous WSOP bracelet winner was eliminated, and “Brownballa” outdrew them with a flush to take fifth place.
The four-handed phase did not last long. After entering the middle with pocket eights, Saven’s stack was outdrawn by Ilin’s rivered straight, dropping Saven to fourth place.

In the penultimate hand, “Brownballa” made an all-in push with just over 20 large blinds after Wong raised the minimum from the button. “Brownballa” displayed ten-nine suited, while Wong quickly made the call with ace-seven. The flop showed an ace, and subsequent cards did not help “Brownballa,” giving them a second-place finish. Wong wore the WSOP gold bracelet as a sign of victory after a long battle.
